Marble votive relief in the shape of a cave, from Sparta (Laconia) or Megalopolis (Arcadia)
330-320 BC.

Votive relief made of Pentelic marble. Inside a cave, the three Hours, deities of the Seasons associated with vegetation, dance to the sound of the pipes played by Pan. The Hour at the left holds ears of wheat and poppies.
