Temporary exhibition of contemporary art at the atrium of the National Archaeological Museum

The Art Team ''Simeion Technis'' (Art Point) is hosted in the internal atrium of the National Archaeological Museum to present an exhibition of paintings, mosaics and minor sculpture, inspired by the ancient Greek mythology, under the title:
''Ancient Greek Civilisation…everlasting inspiration''

The exhibition forms part of the events organized to celebrate the 180 years from the foundation of the National Archaeological Museum.

Participating artists:
Yiouli Vrana, Peggy Grafakou, Michalis Minaritzoglou, Yiorgos Papamichalakis, Mary Parasiri, Vandim Soukov, Vassilis Tsinas, Demetris Psomodotis.

The exhibition is curated by Katerina Sakalak in collaboration with the National Archaeological Museum.

Inauguration: 17th July 2009, 20.00
